James Kashiba
Principal Consultant & Lead Trainer
James Kashiba is the Principal Consultant and Lead Trainer at BestValue Insight with 18+ years of experience spanning strategic leadership, business transformation, governance, risk oversight, and performance management.
He supports boards and executive teams in shaping strategy, aligning execution, and embedding high-accountability cultures through practical tools such as strategy-to-KPI alignmnet, operating rhythms, decision-rights frameworks, dashboards (KPIs,KRIs), and execution roadmaps.
He also brings strong end-to-end sales and customer experience expertise, covering enterprise/B2B sales strategy, account managmenet, customer retention, service delivery alignment, and collections discipline to help organizations improve growth and client outcomes.
He has worked hands-on across service, regulated, and operationally complex environments, translating training into real-world leadership and operational action.
He is a Certified Corporate Governance Trainer, a Certified Credit Risk Professional (CCP), a Certified Business Coach, and a Certified International Public Speaker. Holds an MBA (Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
Dr Chrine Hapompwe
Associate Trainer – Strategy, Performance & Organizational Development
Dr. Chrine Hapompwe is an accomplished academic and consulting professional with 18+ years of experience across research, consultancy, management, development, education, and entrepreneurship. His expertise includes training and organizational development, performance management, corporate governance, policy and strategy formulation and execution.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Binary University (Malaysia), two Master’s degrees (Business Administration and Development Studies).
Leonard Sepe
Associate Trainer – Corporate Governance
Leonard Sepe is an Associate Trainer (Corporate Governance) with BestValue Insight, with practical experiencing supporting board evaluations, board inductions, and governance capability-building for institutions, including the Energy Regulation Board (ERB), the Road Development Agency (RDA), the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA), and others.
He is an accredited Corporate Governance facilitator and delivers sessions on governance, stakeholder mapping/engagement, and board-level change and conflict management. His academic qualifications include an MBA (Business Administration) from ESAMI (expected 2026), a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Mooya Makala Mutembo
Associate Trainer – Human Resources & Organizational Development
Mooya is an accomplished Human Resources professional with 17+ years of experience in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development across the insurance and international development sectors in Zambia and Malawi.
She specialises in performance management, employee productivity enhancement, organisational culture strengthening, and the design and implementation of fair disciplinary and grievance frameworks. Mooya has led high-volume recruitment initiatives, co-developed and implemented employee handbooks, and aligned HR systems to international compliance standards.
A certified member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM), she brings a practical, compliance-driven, and people-centered facilitation style – equipping organisations with actionable approaches that strengthen accountability, engagement, and operational efficiency.
