Founder & Principal Consultant

James Kashiba is the Founder and Managing Partner of BestValue Insight Limited. With 15+ years’ executive experience across banking, microfinance, telecoms and insurance, James brings a rare blend of board-level governance rigour and hands-on execution, supporting organisations to translate strategy into measurable performance.

He is known for leading complex turnarounds, strengthening credit and governance frameworks, and building high-performing teams, including delivering primary commercial outcomes and improving enterprise retention.

As a Certified Corporate Governance Trainer, Credit Risk Professional, business coach and international speaker, he partners with boards and executive teams to diagnose root causes, co-design practical systems, and embed the routines, KPIs and accountability needed to sustain results.
